1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fbkk platform ("Platform", "Site") and every individual ("User", "Player", "You") who uses it or any of its services. By accessing these Terms or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the fbkk platform. Participation on this site is permitted for those aged 21 and above only. Providing false information about your age when creating an account will be treated as a serious violation and the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. If any personal details change, fbkk support must be notified immediately. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. fbkk will not accept any liability for unauthorized access. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on the fbkk platform are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit. fbkk may request additional documentation for verification purposes.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. For larger deposits: a deposit of ৳14,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

fbkk takes any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses seriously. If a user attempts to claim bonus benefits unfairly, fbkk reserves the right to cancel that account's bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

fbkk may offer special promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated in the offer description. In the event of a conflict with the general Terms, the promotional terms will take precedence.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

fbkk is committed to fair play principles. All games and sports betting services on the Platform operate on the basis of impartial outcomes. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure that game results are completely random and unbiased.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbkk platform:

  • Use of any automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Attempting to interfere with or alter game outcomes.
  • Collusion or syndicate betting with other players.
  • Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

5.3 Technical Errors

fbkk reserves the right to void or reverse any transaction in any situation arising from a technical error, software bug, or disconnection. Any winnings of an abnormal amount resulting from an error may be considered void.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

6.1 VIP Levels

The fbkk VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can advance to higher levels through regular gaming activity.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback amounts are calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account subject to applicable terms. Cashback may not be wagering-free — please see the specific details of each offer.

7 Responsible Gaming

You may request to close your own account at any time. Please ensure any pending withdrawal requests are completed before closing your account.

11 Limitation of Liability

The fbkk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fbkk cannot be held liable for any disruption to services due to technical errors, server downtime, cyberattacks, or any other reason.

Online gambling is a financially risky activity. fbkk is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by a player. Each player is solely responsible for their own financial decisions.

12 Changes & General Provisions

12.1 Changes to Terms

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
